Questions about a payment or your access
Email us with the email address you paid with and your payment reference: the 12-digit UTR (UPI Ref No.) from your UPI app, or the PayPal transaction ID. That lets us find your payment straight away.
How access is delivered is explained in the delivery policy, and failed or duplicate payments in the refund and cancellation policy.
The WhatsApp community
Join our WhatsApp group: course updates, new lessons and interview tips. Ask questions and learn with others. It is a group chat, so please keep payment details and anything private to email.
An online school
The courses are sold and delivered only online, at systemdesign.academy. There is no shop or office to visit.
Sold by Roni Das, trading as Total Technology Zonne, through systemdesign.academy. Questions: inboxtoroni@gmail.com.
