Refund and Cancellation Policy

Each course is a digital product. The moment your payment is confirmed, every lesson in the course opens to you in full, so there is nothing to send back. That is why every sale is final.

There is nothing to cancel after you buy. Each course is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and you are never charged again for the same course.

Before you pay, you can stop at any point simply by not completing the payment. Leaving the checkout page charges you nothing.

A payment error is not a purchase, so it is handled separately from the rule above. If something went wrong with the payment itself, tell us and we will check it against our payment records:

• The payment failed, but money left your account. If the payment never reached us, your bank, UPI app or PayPal reverses it on its own, on its own timetable. If it did reach us, we open the course you paid for.
• You were charged twice for the same course. You can only own a course once, so the second charge is a mistake. We return that second charge to the account it came from. The course you bought stays yours.

Correcting an error like these puts right a payment that should never have happened. It is not a refund of a course you bought, and it does not change the no-refunds rule.
