You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans (Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe (for international users) and Razorpay (for users in India).

• Pro Annual: Automatically renews each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Pro Lifetime: A one-time payment granting permanent access to all current and future content.
• Free Tier: Provides access to a limited selection of Foundation-level lessons at no cost.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for renewal charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to lessons, diagrams, code examples, quizzes, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Total Technology Zone and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or course content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the platform
• Attempt to bypass content gating, subscription checks, or security measures
• Upload harmful content, engage in harassment, or disrupt the learning experience of others
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. In no event shall Total Technology Zone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
