1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the System Design Masterclass platform ("Service"), operated by Total Technology Zonne ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

systemdesign.academy (System Design Masterclass) is an online educational platform providing interactive lessons, quizzes, code editors, and learning tools focused on system design, software architecture and AI engineering, with an AI tutor. The Service includes free lessons and paid courses.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

The Service sells two courses, System Design Masterclass and AI Engineering. Each is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to that course, including lessons added to it later. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Each course is bought on its own.

• In India: you pay in rupees by UPI and then enter the UTR (UPI reference number) from your UPI app.
• Everywhere else: you pay in US dollars by PayPal.
• Free lessons: 18 System Design lessons and 10 AI Engineering lessons are free to read, with no account needed.

Current prices are on the pricing page. Your access opens as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you get an email when it does.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to lessons, diagrams, code examples, quizzes, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Total Technology Zonne and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or course content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the platform
• Attempt to bypass content gating, subscription checks, or security measures
• Upload harmful content, engage in harassment, or disrupt the learning experience of others
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. In no event shall Total Technology Zonne be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
