Shipping and Delivery Policy
What you receive when you buy a course, how it reaches you, and what to do if it does not.

Nothing is shipped. Every course is delivered online, to your account.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the course opens in your account on systemdesign.academy and you get an email saying so.
What you receive
Each course is an online, self-paced course that you read in your web browser: the System Design Masterclass (770 lessons) and AI Engineering (210 lessons). There are no physical goods, no download to wait for and no delivery charge. Each course is bought separately, with lifetime access that includes lessons added to it later.
When your access opens
- PayPal: the course opens automatically, the moment PayPal confirms your payment.
- UPI (India): after you pay, you enter the 12-digit UTR (UPI Ref No.) from your UPI app on the payment page. The course opens as soon as that payment is confirmed against the UTR.
Either way, we email you at the address you paid with when the course opens.
Where to find your course
If your access does not appear
- Check that you are signed in with the same email address you paid with.
- Check which course you bought. Each course is bought separately, so lessons from the other course stay locked. That does not mean your payment failed.
- Look for our confirmation email, including in your spam or promotions folder.
- If it is still not there, email inboxtoroni@gmail.com with the email address you paid with and your payment reference (the UTR, or the PayPal transaction ID). We check it against the payment and open your course.
